Renting a POD was a great experience. From JC delivering the POD to JC picking up the POD. JC is a great driver, he was able to deliver it in a challenging location and pick up in extra challenging conditions. Pick up was in December and lots of snow to contend with. JC is polite and friendly and very helpful! Would rent from PODS storage again.

Overall a good experience. I had some issues with the online portal which were frustrating, and delayed delivery/pick up, which necessitated a few calls to customer service. Pricing was competitive for my needs (drop off, pick up and store for 3 weeks, then re-deliver) Delivery drivers arrived early within given window for pick-up and drop off, placed container in the perfect location and no items were damaged/, broken during transit. Great job, drivers! I spoke to one who was very accommodating and able to fulfill my specific placement request perfectly. Happy with the service and would use again for future moves!
