ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE WORK!!!

I just wanted to share my experience with Espoir. He’s such a wonderful employee! Every time my family and I come in, he gets the job done so quickly and efficiently. He’s always so nice and friendly, making sure to treat all the customers well. What I really appreciate is how he takes the time to give me feedback about my vehicle. It really shows that he cares about the service he provides. Espoir is definitely an asset to the team!

Hope you’re not in a hurry!! Popped in for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon and there were 3 vehicles in the bay and no one outside waiting. I was told 45-60 min wait. No big deal, I’m not in a rush. Watching through the bay doors, the people working inside are just doddling, putzing around, taking their sweet time putting air in tires, etc…. Price may be great for an oil change but there is no sense of urgency at all.

First off you can tell these young folks are mostly starting out their automotive technician careers, so you gotta temper your expectations.. but I took my 2013 Subaru WRX Hatchback in for a quick oil change with my own supplied oil and filter. The techs T and Elijah (hope I have their names right) were nothing short of careful, efficient, and honest and took great care and interest in my car. Glad they were able to help me out, and they definitely should be noticed by management for their enthusiasm and good work!
