PetSmart is a well-known retailer offering a vast range of products for pets, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small animals. Customers describe the staff as very friendly and helpful, often providing excellent customer service. Many shoppers appreciate the wide variety of items available, including unique products like live crickets and a good selection of food choices for reptiles and aquatic turtles. The store is considered a convenient place to shop, with some items priced lower than at competitors like Walmart, making it a popular destination for pet owners. However, some reviewers note that certain products, such as toys and beds, are expensive and can be found cheaper online. Occasionally, the store is understaffed, leading to long lines and difficulty in finding assistance, especially during busy times. Despite these issues, the store remains highly recommended for its friendly atmosphere and helpful staff.
I had an outstanding experience at PetSmart thanks to Ajamal!
From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me get the best value. He took the time to explain the PetSmart coupon book and suggested I purchase it for $19.99. Thanks to his recommendation, I ended up saving over $50 on my purchase that same day!
Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Ajamal went above and beyond, and his helpful attitude made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. PetSmart is lucky to have such a dedicated employee on their team.
Thank you, Ajamal, for the amazing service!
One of the on-site employees, Ajimal, was beyond helpful. He assisted in finding the products I was looking for, verifying that they met my needs and provided, as well as helped in the selection of accessories. He then helped with moving the large products to the store front for me. Amazing service provided from him. Much appreciated!
Took our rough collie for a bath and cut after a very long winter. He's a reluctant participant in the grooming exercise at the best of times, but he looked awesome and is in a pretty happy space after his appointment with Naomi today! Excellent experience for both of us. Terrific job!
