We have a brand new puppy, Cricket, and the staff at this location have been wonderful helping us out. Cricket had her first grooming appointment and it was a great experience for both her and me. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience at PetSmart on Calgary Trail, thanks to Isabelle! As a first-time puppy owner, I had so many questions and felt a bit overwhelmed, but Isabelle was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to guide me through everything I needed for my little puppy Coco and provided advice that went far beyond just helping me shop.

Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made this experience so special. Thank you, Isabelle, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate… read full review

The staff members were courteous and compassionate, handling animals with the utmost compassion. During the capture of a finch, the lady took a considerable amount of time to avoid harming the frantic bird.
This was entirely different from my previous experience.
An emblem of true regard for life and the welfare of the small being.
