My furnace stopped working about a week ago and Hussein showed up very promptly after calling, and found the first issue which he replaced for a very reasonable price. The furnace started working for a few days before stopping once more - he came by again without any fuss and found a more hidden issue and fixed it at no extra charge, and even called me later in the week as a follow up to ensure my heat was up and running.
I really appreciated his quick responses, he was friendly, and especially as a new homeowner, I value his willingness to explain things thoroughly and even a few tips for myself.

I was out of town and my furnace needed repair on a Friday night. Hussein at Nor-Can was able to come take a look at it same day while other competitors were saying they couldn't take a look until Wednesday. Even though my cell reception was terrible, Hussein did his best to keep me up to date with the situation. We did have to wait a couple of days for the replacement part to come in, but when it did, he was able to fix my furnace quickly and efficiently. He left his work area as clean, if not cleaner than he found it. He was even able to fix a tiny gas leak he found while working on my unit. Highly recommend Hussein.

They were amazing! Our furnace needed a fix due to a condensation leak, and they showed up the next morning. The tech quickly found the issue and had it fixed fast. Super reliable, efficient, and the labor was very affordable. I’ll definitely call them again if I need HVAC help!
