My second experience here, and once again I was treated like royalty! Caring and kind staff from one end of this place to another! I am very grateful! Also, prompt, efficient service had me done and out before the original time of my appointment!! Thank you!!

Came to the Kaye clinic today for a breathing test. Easy to find and an attached parking garage (bonus on a -30 windchill winter's day!) The building itself is GORGEOUS with lots of lobby area seating along the levels of glass walls. I was greeted by a volunteer upon arrival who provided me a map as well as verbal direction to find the department in required. The elevators were aplenty and spacious. The waiting area in the office I went to was pleasant and had a television. The room that I had my test in was large and the medical practitioner was kind and patient. I used a washroom while here and it was spacious and clean. Really everything went very well for me today. There was even a sign in the waiting room to advise reception if you e waited more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. I realize every experience here will be different and from day to day, but today was surprisingly pleasant!

I had a specialist appointment in this clinic. When I first walked into the building, it's really big and lots of space. There was some seating in the lobby on the left when I walked in but there were lots of people occupying the space. The elevators were to the right after walking in the front entrance and I made my way up. There were lots of people but I didn't have to wait long for elevators. I was early for my appointment and used the washroom first. There were signs directing to the washrooms and it was clean. The office I went to was busy but a few seats were available. Inside there were various corridors and offices but I had to wait inside as well. The building is quite large and I think they could have made better use of some of the space but it was comfortable and easy to get to.
