We chose Mr. Ceramic based on their excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed. We initially met with Louise in their showroom with photos of our current walk in shower which was in desperate need of replacing, as was the bathroom floor tile. We wanted to keep the rest of the bathroom tile the way it was, and Louise was very helpful in assisting us in choosing tile that would complement what we already had, and tie everything together. Louise and Richard came out to do an onsite estimate and we booked our reno. She was so knowledgeable about the different tiles, and answered all of our questions politely and full of suggestions for our upcoming project. We were extremely happy with the job Richard did for us in a full bathroom reno. We had hired Mr Ceramic 32 years ago and were equally pleased then. We wanted to take out our jet tub as it’s tougher getting out of it as you get older. They put in new tile and a very modern large glass walled shower.
