I am proud to say Derek Tile SVC. after you quoted me $1000 in person and then sent me text quote of $1650, which was ignorant, if anything... that i went about and grout sanding all of my joints, and applied superior grout, and my bathroom tile is more than i have ever received from a contractor to date. It is absolutely beautiful! So, i should say thank you for sparking the will within me to accomplish what no contractor could give me. And that is a job well done and done to my high expection. You would be the second Scott to disappoint me in this bathroom specifically as a contractor .The first Scot was the abomination that was contracted to do my bathroom reno in the first place. I love a Scott and he would die for me... the rest of you Scots are leaving me, as i shall say, for not wanting to hurt your feelings too much, wanting for professional help. You sir came into my home, quoted me one price then went home and quoted be quite another price and when i kindly asked you what made the price go up so monumentally, you relied ignoranlty. Well, if you wanted to loose a client you sure went about it the right way. And i will spread this news and tell everyone I know! And my reach is far sir. So, thank you for being less than, before i paid you any money to prove it! Good day! Also not an BBB accredited company. Shocking! Mr Ceramics, thank you for sending me the worst contractor you have!
From the first meeting with Richard and Louise, when we discussed what was to be done to replace all of the shower room, everything was explained to us in detail. Both Louise and Richard are very friendly and accommodating. As our bathroom and shower were totally replaced including our toilet, basin, painting, vanity and flooring. Richard was very attentive to detail and his friendly demeanor was much appreciated. From the first day Richard started to the finished product, we couldn’t be more happier with his professionalism and beautiful workmanship, which is beyond description.
