Monarch was recommended to us by another business when we were shopping for flooring for a new to us home. We were greeted right away by a friendly team member and introduced to Sheri, one of the flooring experts. Sheri answered all of our many, many questions. She encouraged us to take samples home and to see how they looked in different lighting. She never lost patience as well changed our minds while choosing kitchen cabinet options. Once we decided to go ahead with the order, we were kept well (and accurately) informed of timelines so we could coordinate with other contractors. Our installer Tyler, was top notch as well.
