Rob with Modern Air provided advanced notice of arrival, arrived on time, and methodically proceeded with the 2 step cleaning. Their equipment is relatively new and clean. His focus tor cleaning ducts and furnace was thorough, observing the A/C coils exposed for safe cleaning.

I Really appreciated the Outstanding work from Modern Air. Kyle was extremely knowledgable and helpful in explaining My furnace cleaning. I believe he did a very thorough job and was very considerate and professional during his visit. I have severe allergies and an Antimicrobial spray was applied that will hopefully help remove any Allergens caused from pet dander. I highly recommend this company!
