I was unsure about getting my wife's silk saree cleaned by a new dry cleaner that I have never visited before. Millcreek did an amazing job. The colours are still perfect and the pleats are crisp. Exceptional care and service was provided even though I needed it done in rush. I will be back on regular basis for all my dry cleaner needs. I have found my new local dry cleaner. Thank you.

I want to make a responds to an incident that accured on July 8 regarding a customer that was upset of the service.
I was present when this was happening. While I was picking up my clothes. A customer was unhappy with there service but handle the situation very very inappropriate and it was very upsetting to witness and refused to leave which had the police to be called. It was also disturbing to see anyone being treated like that. Claudia the employee was left in tears.

I must commend the work that Claudia put into cleaning my Grandfather’s Cowboy hat from the 1940s. I brought this hat to the dry cleaners not expecting too much, after all, it’s over 80 years old and yes it’s still in good shape. There were a few stains on the top and in the creases and Claudia was unable to guarantee removing them since we could not even determine the fabric - I was prepared to try it and Claudia accepted the challenge. When I got the hat back I was thoroughly impressed with what was done. She had tried several methods and was able to return it to its original colour - most of the stains were removed, the silk inside the hat was so white and the... read full review
