I’ve been to Millbourne Medical Centre several times, and while the staff are generally polite and professional, the wait times are consistently long. Appointments rarely start on time — even with a scheduled booking, I usually end up waiting between 45 minutes to an hour before being seen. It can be quite frustrating, especially when you plan your day around an appointment time.
It would be great if the clinic could work on improving punctuality and managing appointments more efficiently. Patients’ time is valuable, and shorter, more predictable wait times would really improve the overall experience.
