A project manager (PM) conducted a walkthrough to address areas of concern, and while some issues were rectified, there were reports of incomplete work and a lack of communication from Painter 1. Fortunately, a second painter was brought in, whose quality of work was significantly better. Despite this improvement, there were delays in their arrival times, and issues with dust and overspray were noted after project completion. Clients expressed frustration with the cleanup required after the job and concerns about communication with the owner regarding their experience. While the owner offered a discount, it came with conditions that led to further dissatisfaction. Overall, while Mill Creek Painters Edmonton has shown the ability to deliver quality work, there are areas for improvement in customer service and project management.
After a rough start with the first 2 painters, no show and conduct, Mill Creek Painters rectified this issue by bringing in Todd with his lead Dan. Todd was simply amazing with a work ethic second to none. Dan checking in everyday to ensure our satisfaction was wonderful. We are thrilled with Todd’s work and will be booking more jobs with Mill Creek Painting. I highly recommend this company!!!
I am beyond happy with our “new” cabinets and can’t believe how much brighter and more spacious our kitchen feels. The transformation is dramatic and the quality of work exceeded expectations, especially given our 50+ year-old cabinets. Marcel was excellent with communication and setting clear expectations and resolving any concerns after re-install, William did meticulous prep and painting on-site with great attention to detail, and Lisa worked magic on the doors and drawers for a flawless finish.
