Midas is a well-established auto repair service provider with a history spanning over 65 years. They offer a wide range of services, including brake repair, oil changes, tire services, engine maintenance, steering and exhaust repair, as well as suspension systems and wheel alignment.
Customers generally praise the knowledgeable staff and accommodating service. Reviewers highlight the expertise of employees, who provide helpful advice and options. The neighborhood focus and commitment to excellence are also noted as positive aspects of the Midas brand. Recent feedback speaks highly of the complimentary checks performed during oil changes, including tire rotations, and mentions a 10% discount for first responders. Customers have found the staff to be very professional, helpful, and polite.
However, one customer expressed dissatisfaction with a recent experience. They reported scratches on their rims after an oil change and an overfilled oil level that potentially jeopardized their vehicle warranty. This customer suggests double-checking work and reconsidering tire rotations if rim condition is a concern. Another customer mentioned confusion regarding tire retorquing, as they were told it was unnecessary despite prior instructions. Overall, Midas continues to be a popular choice for auto services, with many looking forward to their next visit.
