I love going here, they are super helpful, informative and non judgmental. I have an older car, don’t have a lot of car knowledge and not many good experiences with other shops but Midas and their employees and managers at this location have been a huge help. Very understanding and honest about the work being done while also helping with navigating budget needs!
Wow! I have to rave about this place! I’m sitting in the waiting room right now waiting for them to fix my flat tire. Basically came right before closing at 520. I don’t know a thing about cars, noticed my car was driving funny, leaning a bit… but it was my friend who actually identified my tire was flat when I was leaving work. Went to Costco and waited in line for 30 to be told they didn’t have appts until 5 days later. I tried calling Canadian Tire and Kal Tire but nobody picked up. Setting up the appointment was easy, they allowed my dad to drop off the car. Oil change was done quickly. One issue, seems they may have spilled some oil under the hood as it seems to be a tricky reservoir to get to. When I drove the car home smoke started billowing from under my hood and smelled like burnt oil. I understand things get spilled, I would have appreciated a good clean of the spill so it didn’t start burning causing concern the engine might burst into flames
