Let me tell you the tale of Alex Bondy sales associate. I went into the Southside store with a head full of questions and little to no knowledge of what exactly I needed, and Alex not only delivered on all fronts but easily went above and beyond. I left that store with all my questions answered, a new graphics card and managed to stay under budget. I can't exspress how easy Alex made it. Not only did he help find me a product we both agreed on he also went above and gave me plenty of tips and information on how to get it installed snd running. Thank you Alex!
Reise was really helpful. He helped me get my 7800xt even though it was sold out everywhere in Alberta. Also he taught me how to uninstall the drivers from my old GPU.. Thanks ?
As a 15-year customer, I had an incredibly positive experience at Memory Express on September 13th. The staff was fantastic and willing to put up with all of my questions, which I truly appreciate. A special thanks to Alex and the other employee whose name I've forgotten—they were both patient and knowledgeable.
After building the PC on Sunday, I can confidently say it's better than anything I've ever had before. The system is a beast, and the process of putting it together was smooth thanks to the advice I received. I highly recommend Memory Express.
