We couldn’t find a company to come out when the cold snap hit and our furnace went on the Fritz. We found these guys and within an hour they were out and fixing the furnace. The work was quick and the price was fair. Geoffrey alerted us to an major issue with our hot water tank while fixing the furnace, showed us the issue right away and made availability the next morning to have it replaced. Upon replacing it, there was a water leak issue after he had left (it was not leaking when he was here). We called in a rush as the basement was gaining water. He raced over from his next job, fixed the problem and immediately offered to not only replace the tank the next day... read full review

Our heating went just as the temperatures dropped. Mechanical Masters bumped other appointments and made us a priority. They updated our Navian system, came back after hours to make an adjustment and followed up a few days later to ensure everything was working well. Very happy with the work and the service.

I can't say enough about the kindness of Geoffrey during the worst days of my life, a family loss. Plus it was during the coldest days we have had.Everything is working smoothly, and he still checks in.
