I had the pleasure of having Marshall from Max heating inspect a leaking water tank in my basement. He was courteous, professional, and thorough in addressing all of my questions with patience and clarity. Although I didn't mention it explicitly, he respectfully observed our cultural practice of removing shoes before entering the home-a thoughtful gesture that didn't go unnoticed. He promptly offered to return the very next day to replace the faulty water tank. I truly appreciated his efficiency and attentiveness, and would not hesitate to hire him again for future work.

Vlad, Melvin and Brian did an excellent job. They were polite to work with, explained what they were going to do and did it efficiently. The pictures of their inspection of the insides of the furnaces were very helpful to see and i look forward to their final report.

I was looking to get AC installed this summer and after getting a bit of a run around from another company, I e-mailed Max Heating and Air Conditioning.
They quickly provided me with three quote options with no pressure sales (a huge plus in my book). Booking an appointment was easy and their pricing was fair.
The technicians arrived on time, were polite and worked incredibly hard to get the install done as quickly as possible for us (during one of our heat waves).
I am incredibly happy with the service that they provided and will use them again for any related needs that I have in the future.
