I was looking for a product and the staff couldn’t find it so instead he was trying to give me a different item but they don’t have similar use. So I asked for the manager. Manager Saurav solved the problem in a second!

Due to being out of stock of the Ego multi-head cordless snow shovel at the W. Rona, one was purchased at the NE store last Friday. Unfortunately, the shovel clears the snow beautifully, but the snow-throwing feature is not perfect. With the heavyweight, it is difficult to navigate for me; I have no choice but to return it. I called to double-check with the West store to ensure it's ok to return there and that there's no need to put it back into the box.

Nice showroom. Accessible and easy to find items you need; however, customer service from the "manager" Saurav failed miserably. November 24, 2024, we visited their location and were advised to have a "detail" inspection for our kitchen sink installation and some minor modifications to our plumbing to accommodate for the new sink. At that time, the installation price was presented to us at $235 for the sink installation. Saurav also told us that if we are unsure if the sink would fit our countertop, we can have a "detail" inspection done on our sink. This $80 fee would be paid for in advance, and this fee would be put towards our final installation... read full review
