Perment eyeliner and undereye correction treatment.Svetlana did the consultation and was very helpful with giving me time and different lash enhancement and eye liner visions by slowly building up the liner to see what suited my eyes best. I took a few minutes to ground myself as I noticed I was getting anxious. She gave me the time I needed to do sole deep breathing and to calm my nerves. I was given a blanket, and the bed was heated to keep me comfortable.I was surprised with how little the outter liner hurt as it was done without numbing to help with pigment longevity.
