The physiotherapist is the most knowledgeable I’ve ever met. The front staff are numerous and polite. Very good service! I’d definitely recommend Ola in particular. His physiotherapy training is exemplary and all staff are knowledgeable and respectful as far as I can tell

I've been going to this clinic on and off for a few years. The team is awesome!! Cregg is extremely knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to find the source of each issue and to provide relief. I've also seen Jason, and he's been great as well.

My first visit to the Lifemark Sport Institute owned by Dr. Randy Gregg - former Oiler. I definitely was not disappointed when it comes to customer/patient service! Everything from start to finish was done efficiently by all the staff.I arrived a 1/2 hour early. My advice to anyone is to register online to create your client profile - a great time saver. I had to fill out a one-page questionnaire when I arrived. It took a couple of minutes as it was a part of my assessment for physiotherapy following my total knee replacement surgery of November 8th, 2023.Once that was done, I didn't have to wait for my appointment time.
