Important: read all the way through. Initially, I booked my eye exam face to face three days in advance, at which time I was assured they could direct-bill. Then when my appointment came, reception initially registered me as an emergency, causing confusion with the Doctor, and then we became aware they would NOT in fact be able to direct bill after all... so I was unable to proceed with the exam at all. ...They did try to resolve the situation by giving me a gift card, but for me this was still a massive inconvenience. I had built the rest of my day around this appointment! Within three hours of writing on their Facebook Wall, I received a call from management at this location, again apologizing for the inconvenience. They will take steps to ensure staff are better informed and give out correct information. I am pleased with how they've handled the follow-up for this!
