Had a furnace issue tonight and Legacy was able to come to in a short period of time. Ryan was the technician on site and was very professional and understanding. He addressed my concerns about my furnace and answered questions I had, in not too technical wording and I was able to understand the issue.

We had a furnace installed in January and still had some questions regarding our thermostat. Joban came to help us out today and his service and advice was exceptional. We intially had Kyle come to our home for the service call, he was informative about our situation. The original installers for our new furnace Gary and Adnan, did a fantastic and quick job they were super professional, and nice! We also had Conner come by our house to recalibrate our thermostat before Joban came by a while ago and his help was extremely appreciated. We have had nothing but amazing help from Legacy.

This morning we had our furnace stop working, figured it was the blower motor. Called legacy and they came in a timely manner. They were able to diagnose and do the install right away. Had everything working in no time. Kyle was honest and talked me through everything before the job was done.
