A suggestion is to provide spray bottles or pre-moistened wipes to make it easier for members to clean the equipment before and after use. While it is the responsibility of members to clean the equipment, many are not doing so. To address these concerns, the gym could consider hiring staff for a deep clean and then maintaining extra cleaning staff to keep the facility cleaner. The gym's management should prioritize the health and cleanliness of the facility for its members.

Despite these issues, some members, such as an active senior, have expressed their enjoyment of the gym and praise for the excellent instructors, such as Bertha, Orlinda, Donato, and Kelly, who teach classes like Zumba, Yoga, Aquafit, and Bodyworks. The front desk staff are also described as nice.

The West End location has many choices for equipment and classes. At this time 4 treadmills are out of order ( has signage) and countless ellipticals (no out of service signage on them, just no power). At one time I would refer this gym to family and friends. At this time I am embarrassed to admit this is my gym. The cleaning at the gym has went downhill. I have mentioned this to numerous staff members, recently. The women's changing room lockers have not been cleaned for months. The counters are filthy most of the time, except when the part time staff clean them. The equipment is filthy. There are 5 stations to grab paper towels and sanitizer. 1 is broke and 1 only gives a little bit of sanitizer. A suggestion would be to supply spray bottles, are wipes that are already moistened, so they don't dry out before you get to clean the equipment. As a member it is our responsibility to clean equipment before and after use. This is our part in keeping the gym cleaner. Unfortunately alot of the patrons are not cleaning anything. I would love to continue going to this gym but, they need to do better with keeping the place cleaner. Considering hiring staff for a deep clean, then hire extra staff to keep up the cleanliness. Your clients health should mean something to your company.

Management is kind! If you like to go swimming 🏊‍♂ pool temperature perfect 👌.
Clean and all members so responsible.
This is a place you can relax clear your mind and take the fat off!

Good overall but using hand sanitizer and paper towel to clean the machines is wild. I have to use like 10 presses to get enough to wipe down one machine. Pre wet sanitized wipes would be amazing. But there is a lot of equipment, basketball area, swimming.. So overall it’s good, but just invest in some sanitizing wipes and it’ll be great.
