Pretty disappointed with my last visit. I am always happy with the services they provide but this last time my lady rescheduled multiple times and response times were few and far between. I tried to get in a complimentary touch up before I moved and the lady’s responses were consistently late and my last message went unanswered.
I've been going to Keravie for a few years and it's always a wonderful experience! Jenn is amazing - professional, friendly, and always attentive to detail. The service, team, and care here are consistently great. Highly recommend.
My lady, Maddi S is absolutely amazing, kind, respectful, informative, gentle, explains the treatment and the steps very well so you're never surprised! It's not just self care for me it's the care I receive from Maddi (and the other ladies I've connected with as well)! The experience is one of a kind! Thank you
