Very friendly and proficient. Did his assessment on Saturday and installed a new hot water tank for me the next morning (Sunday). Afterwards showed me how to operate the controls, and tips for appropriate temperature settings for various hot water usage scenarios. He even checked and tightened nearby water valves for me. Fixed my leaky humidifier hose at no extra cost. The best service tech I have had over the years.
John was great. I have an old house with a cellar door and steep stairs. First feat was finding a water tank that would fit, then getting the old one out and new one in. John found a tank in my budget, and together we got those tanks through. John was friendly and professional and the project turned out perfect.
I asked Brian to come check out what I thought was a plumbing leak.
He was honest, thorough, efficient and easy to talk to.
A great man!
It ended up not being a plumbing leak but he still took the time walk me through what he was looking for and gave me advice on what to look out for the future reference.
I learned a ton of new things from Brian and I would pay him again in heartbeat any time I have a plumbing issue in the future!
