10 STARS IF I COULD, THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! The results speak for themselves in the photos... I came here to get Rust Proofing done and also see if they could buff out a MASSIVE scratch I had on my hood (See photos)... When I first emailed, I chatted with a lovely person named Kathleen, I told her what I was potentially looking for and she recommended I come by to get the underside of my vehicle checked to see if I needed Rust Proofing or Undercoating, and to take a look at the scratch to see if they could do anything about it. I showed up and was immediately greeted at the door by Kathleen and Leah, Kathleen took the time and showed me what they used for Rust Proofing and Undercoating and immediately cleared up my confusion between the 2 and answered all the questions I had. I had an AWESOME tech name CJ come out and check my vehicle, he checked the underside of my vehicle and also the HUGE scratch I had on the hood and mentioned he could try and power polish the scratch for $80... Keep in mind I was quoted $950-$1500 at Autobody shops to fix the scratch, and he said he could do it for $80... CJ was also generous enough with his time to bring me into the shop and show me what the Rustproofing looked like on another vehicle and him and the tech Arvin explained the whole process to me which I seriously appreciated, as its one thing to HEAR it, and another thing to SEE it on a vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle a few days later, and they had it all done the next day! I showed up, Kathleen then let me know that the Rustproofing has a 10 year warranty!!! WHAT A SURPRISE! I was expecting to come back every 1-2 years and pay for it again. Then they pulled my vehicle around to the front of the shop and HOLY SMOKES!!!! CJ ABSOLUTELY KILLED IT with the power polishing... and not ONLY did he power polish the scratch so it was completely gone, he did my ENTIRE HOOD because he mentioned that if he only power polished the scratch that the rest of the hood would look weird as it would only have 1 shiny spot, so he went above and beyond and out of his way to do the WHOLE HOOD, and they didnt even charge me extra for it! Talk about going the extra mile... Kathleen also sent me before and after photos of the Rust Proofing and Arvin did an outstanding job, he literally got into EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY that my vehicle had. Seriously, from the first moment I contacted them to the time I happily paid and drove off, the service was First Class, highly professional and they did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job with the Rust Proofing & power polishing my hood.
