I’ve been to Jiffy Lube twice now and Cale helped me both times. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. Great customer service and a smooth experience overall. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
Today I went to Jiffy Lube as soon as they opened. I met with Kale who helped me with the vaccuming and flushing of coolant poured in the windshield water reservoir on a new car. Kale handled the issue like a pro and in 10 mins the problem was resolved and I was on my way. The price was reasonable, Kale is friendly and very easy to work with. Thank you Kale for your help and keep up the good work.
Came in for an oil change & filter replacement and the service was fast and friendly. I was helped by Jimmy and he explained everything he was doing as he did it, answered all my questions, and was overall very helpful which as a girl who knows nothing about cars was much appreciated. 10/10 recommend!
