Hey, are you cheap like me? I did my due diligence: looked on Reddit and Google and asked around for a windshield (2007 Nissan Versa SL =$225+gst). Phoned Jeff's auto, Windshield Surgeons and considered a BNI friend's place: Tirecraft. WS had great telephone sales, Tirecraft is great for winter car preparation but Jeff's auto had the sweetest telephone voice ever (Karen) and a bottom level pricing with no fussing about. Reddit steered me there btw and I sent my wife on the appt and she had no problems and I got the cheapest price done in an hour. My experience here was wonderful! The customer service was top notch and the speed and quality of the windshield replacement was top tier for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Jeff’s!
First time going to Jeff’s, and they’ve earned a customer for life! Very reasonable price, quality work, and truly above-and-beyond customer service. Had our driver side window smashed in hours before a long weekend trip. They were highly accommodating with the scheduling headache this created - took the truck into their garage so it wouldn’t have to sit exposed while we were gone, and fixed the window as soon as the long weekend ended (well ahead of schedule). They even worked through some issues they found within the door panel that they had absolutely no fault in creating, at no extra cost.
