Jade is an absolute sweetheart and the customer service she offers is exceptional. Most recently, she saved me from a crisis where my issued pants for my new job arrived and were way too big. She made sure I had proper fitting pants in time to start my new job! I really appreciate her, and I wish more businesses cared about their customers in the same way!
I had my wedding dress altered here and WOW, not only did Jade make sure that my dress was exactly how I wanted, she did amazing work, timely, was communicative throughout, and was extremely affordable. I was quoted almost a thousand dollars elsewhere and I paid a fraction of this at Jade’s. I even had several pants hemmed and everything has been done with such good quality. Her customer service is also great. She is so sweet and friendly. Will definitely come here for all my alteration needs.
I took two dresses here to get dry cleaned and I am very impressed with the job done. They are like new, plus I had a rip in one of the sleeves I was going to fix myself once they were cleaned, and she noticed and did it for me; and a much better job than I would have done.
