Purchased my battery from calgary back in 2024 and died on me twice this year. Brought to Interstate edmonton hub to be checked and hoping to get a warranty for it. Upon arriving, I met Henry and He welcomed us and was so kind enough to assist me in testing my old battery.
He explained to me how the warranty process works. He tested my battery and found that my battery needs to be replaced.
Since my battery is still under warranty (came with 30months warranty) and with Interstate’s nationwide warranty coverage, He replaced my battery with a new one with no hassle. I would like to commend Henry for helping me out with the warranty.... read full review

Every time we come in they are so helpful and knowledgeable. They don’t try to upsell you and always give you their honest recommendation. Their pricing is great as well! Brought my baby in with us and they gave him a little sticker activity book. Good people.

Great experience with Interstate All Battery in Edmonton. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure I got the right battery for my needs. Service was quick and professional, and pricing was fair. It’s clear they know their products and care about customer service.
