My experience with In Step Physical Therapy has been super positive. My physiotherapist, Roop, is so kind, knowledgeable, and positive. Additionally, other staff members who help with my weekly therapy appointments are encouraging and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend In Step Physiotherapy if you are looking for support in dealing with neurological disorders.
I had a wonderful visit at In Step Physical Therapy for my shoulder injury. The care I received from Neha Sarah was exceptional. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I highly endorse In Step Physical Therapy for their excellent service and expertise.
In step physio there was a great choice, specially for students (they offer special rates for at least UofA and that is extremely helpful!). I was with both Amee and Roop and they were both great PTs, also the front desk team and the PTAs teams were amazing. It was great meeting all the team there, everyone was nice, caring and extremely kind and helpful!. Thanks for everything!
