receptionists both time i came in were very pleasant with great senses of humor, which is always very comforting for me. staff were quick, polite and efficient during both of my visits. The nurse I dealt with last time was very kind and sympathetic, rubbed my back while i cried and spit up, lol. after hearing so many horror stories about medical places in the city, i felt pleasantly surprised, safe and cared for during my appointments here. thanks team. ♡
What a fantastic and thoughtful group of people at Insight Heritage! I dropped in for an X-ray after work and was in and out within 20 minutes. I had my almost two-year-old with me and the X-ray technicians were fantastic with helping me. One even came to read my daughter a book and gave her a sticker while I was being imaged. So appreciate their care and efficiency!
I got some imaging done yesterday and I have to say I am very satisfied. The staff ( admin/nurses/doctors) are very friendly and accommodating and professional! The place and location is good. If I have to do something like this again in the future I will be back there for sure . Thanks !
