I have so much to say and don't know where to start. Good human beings is likely the best way to describe my experience. The genuine care and concern I felt while getting my hearing tested and selecting the right aids. Not just hearing aids the right hearing aids for me to survive. The staff was always friendly when I was arriving and making appointments. The day before phone call reminder is a nice friendly touch.
I can't put into words properly how amazingly I was treated and the amount of time and effort was put into helping me. I was never pressured or confused about any test or product and was treated like family.

I am newish to hearing aids ( 3 years) and its been a frustrating journey, having Reverse Slope hearing does not help the struggle. I have called, emailed and walked into the office so many times for assistance and I have been treated with so much understanding and kindness every time. Sam is lovely to deal with, she has compassion and care which is slowing fading in customer service. If it wasn't for her, I feel I would be without hearing aids and struggling further. I appreciate her more than she will ever know. I highly recommend Meadowlark
I have been an iHear Unicare client for over two years and I have been hard of hearing for more than 10 years and sought out various hearing clinics. iHear Unicare is the best of all the clinics that I have been with. Especially the staffs are professional and have delivered quality hearing services. Also, you can get your hearing aids cleaned out without an appointment.
