Poor quality product and terrible workmanship. Icon did all the floor in our house and after five years we are already looking into replacing carpet and tiles. Icon already replaced the grout once’s. Would not recommend.

Terrible quality products and even more terrible customer service!Our home was built by Brookfield and Icon were contractor to install the carpet throughout the home.After being in the home for two years we noticed in one spot the carpet began to lift at the top of the stairs causing a trip hazard.Over the next 12 months throughout the whole house the carpet has begun to lift and get continuously worse.After calling the customer service department I was advised to email them the issue to schedule a resolution to this issue.After multiple emails and two weeks of trying I have still had no answer and the carpet continues to get worse.I would definitely not recommend anyone... read full review

Great experience!! Our sales rep, Darci, was very accommodating and did her best to meet our timeline. The tech that came out to install was so helpful with all the hiccups along the way. He explained everything very well. His work was done so well. I love the way the mosaic tile looks in our space!!! Thank you so much!
