This is a professional establishment.I had the privilege of receiving a massage session from Tracy. Prior to commencing the massage, she had a consultation with me to better understand how she could maximize the treatment. She adhered to any requests and adjustments to make the massage better.Additionally, she recommended treatments and methods tailored to me based on the information that I gave her.The intake process was easy, able to book online, and the assessment form was simple to fill out.The place was clean and well organized.I will definitely recommend her and this establishment.

I have been going to Kate-Lynn periodically for about 2 years and always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, renewed, and equipped with tips to continue and strengthen my wellness at home. As someone with numerous knots often located in my shoulders and lower back, it has been such a help having Kate-Lynn show me stretches, exercises, and movements I can do with a lacrosse ball, that help relieve those knots even when I am not able to come in for a massage. 10/10 always a wonderful experience with kind staff and great RMTs
