Joey is well named with Honest Physio. He goes through my challenges thoroughly, allowing my many questions in great detail and explaining what is happening throughout. His goal is to get me better as fast as possible and I believe it because he has done it time and again as I push too hard and get older. My shoulder was keeping me up and in three weeks and 2 visits it was better. My elbow is sore and stopping activity and he has a plan to get it better that is doable and includes how to keep it well. The best physio I have ever even met let alone worked with. I cannot rate him highly enough.

Joey is the first person to insist on imaging after my shoulder injury. I have been dealing with this for 7 months. Now finally on my road to recovery. Dry needling today and stretching home work this week. Hoping to heal fast as I have pickleball now and golf this summer! He’s the most thorough practitioner I’ve ever met.

Joey conducted a thorough assessment & explained everything he was doing, as well as the reasons he was doing these things. He clarified each of his comments to be sure I understood. His instructions for how to implement his recommendations were also clear & actionable.
