“My mother lives in an assisted living facility in Sherwood Park. She suffered a fall recently and ended up in hospital for a week. When she came home, she needed some extra care overnight which the facility was unable to provide nor could we plan in advance as we didn't know when she would be discharged. The day of discharge, we received the contact information for Senior Homecare by Angels and Nicole, a case manager, came out straight away to assess my mother's needs. She was incredibly understanding and thorough and managed to schedule care that same night. They were very fair and flexible with their pricing and the kind of commitment that was required given we were unsure how long we would need support.

The overnight care that was received for the week we needed support was outstanding. Florence was prompt, patient, kind yet firm. My mother wasn't thrilled with the idea of overnight care but it was required for a variety of reasons yet Florence was incredibly understanding and supportive.

I would not hesitate in recommending Senior Homecare by Angels or using the service again if required.“
