    Going into our 4th week without an operational dishwasher and after 3 tech visits still cannot get a resolution. Service Managers to staff are unwilling, uncaring or their hands are really tied by processes. I’m not sure whether this is because it’s a warranty service or a regular thing at Hobart. PLS STOP RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS AND DONT WARRANTY PRODUCTS IF YOU CANNOT FIX. Never again a Hobart.Service: Dishwasher repair

    Poor customer service and unprofessional technical team. I called in for a service of a steamer machine, it's leaking from the back. They sent a technician but the problem did not solved properly after the service. I called them to let the technician come back and double check his work, but they just ignored my request. They were kept sending me the bill over and over again, and tried to get me pay for the unfinished work. They sent me letters from their lawyer. My request is simple, send the technician back and double check his work. Why did this company bringing this to the next level?     Sourcing parts for an older slicer and Leo Pelletier was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help fix my problem. Even called me to come up with a different solution! Highly recommend :)
