While the barre classes are considered some of the best, there are a few areas for improvement, such as the lack of physical bars and issues with the audio equipment used by the instructors. Additionally, some customers find the class rates to be on the higher end, and suggest the inclusion of a few recovery sessions to make the membership more enticing. Overall, Hive Fit Co. is a highly recommended workout studio in the Edmonton community, offering a diverse range of group fitness classes in a clean and welcoming environment. The owners and staff are praised for their friendly and welcoming attitude, and the recovery facilities, including a cold plunge and sauna, are a unique and appreciated addition.
Conveniently located in the downtown area, lots of parking. They have classes everyday, nice studio, lots of work equipment, super clean. Very nice atmosphere, super inviting, the clases I've attended are mostly women. Good pricing.
The facility was clean. The workout was great. The machines (rowers) great. The cold towels at the end really add to the experience at the end. Our instructor was great. I did the 6am class on Friday. I feel like she was the first person to really give me instructions on a rower on technique and tips on form.
Hive is one of my favourite places to work out! The classes are fun and the instructors make it challenging. My favourite classes to go to are the rowing ones. Especially the 6am morning classes, it definitely gets me feeling on top of the world after (the waking up and getting ready is my least favourite 😂)
