Very satisfied with the gym facilities and the customer service is excellent. The most clean gym in the city and really well equipped with plate loaded machines . If you are serious about bodybuilding you will not find better trainers at Edmonton than Mrs. Helen and Mrs. Daphne.
In over 30 years of training in various gyms in Edmonton, I can honestly say this is by far the cleanest and most well maintained facility I’ve had the pleasure to train at. Helen and Daphne have always been welcoming and their knowledge of training is second to none!
