Their auto body work has always been excellent. Honest to deal with. Accommodating. Communication was better this time (I think we have unfortunately dealt with CSN Herbers 3 times).
Herbers South branch delivered exceptional service, from the initial estimate right up to the completion of repairs. My vehicle went in first thing in the morning and was completed ahead of time and no extra charges.
The staff were fantastic to deal with, especially both ladies in the front office.
Vehicle was cleaned inside and out and the estimator went over the repair with me to make sure that I approved of the work done.
They replace the front fender on my Toyota and blended the paint in with the door and you cannot tell at all that it had been damaged.
