Had our Honda pilot rear end damage repaired at Herbert's south. Absolutely fantastic repair. All the people I dealt with at this location were great, so helpful. Made it easy for me to drop off and pickup the vehicle on a Saturday, afterall who's wants to take a day of work just to drop off and pickup a vehicle. I have had excellent work done by them in the past and although we live 150 km from the facility it was well worth the drive. I wouldn't use anyone else given the choice. Great job Herbers.

Herbers south side edmonton is very good place to fix car. I have very good experience with them recently they fix my acura mdx and job was perfect. With the matter of time they gave me 4 days for job but I received call from them on 3rd day noon that your car is ready. I was so lucky I chose them. Very good customer service as well.Thank you Herbers parsons rd.

Upon entering the shop, I was greeted by the receptionist and informed me to bring my vehicle into the garage. Receptionist informed me that the appraiser will come shortly and to have a seat. Shortly after, the appraiser came and took photos of my vehicle. After that, the appraiser gave me an estimate amount and explained to me how and what they will be doing to fix the damages. Told me to comeback on my next appointment to drop of my vehicle. Dropped off my vehicle on my appointment date on their lot. The front receptionist greeted me upon entering the shop.
