Absolutely top notch service ! I was hesitant at trying a new auto repair shop but from start to finish the customer service at Guardian is absolutely amazing ! Very professional staff up front about the cost, keeps in touch and a very well run business that's focused on customer care. Chad is an absolute Rockstar. I look forward to Guardian being my new mechanic.
I had a good experience with the staff overall - they were friendly, responsive, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They also explained that due to my vehicle model, it has a more unique build and they weren’t necessarily able to access everything as easily as they normally would, which I totally understand.
While the situation itself was frustrating in the moment (as all unexpected car issues are), I do appreciate the professionalism and communication from the team.

The staff was great..they were very helpful and very easy to work with. They were amazing at fixing what needed to be done and would highly recommend guardian to anyone. My new go to shop. Thank you all for everything
