Definitely recommend using the app and getting on the waitlist. I came in and waited maybe 2 minutes before my turn. Another customer came in and didn't use the app, it was more than an hour wait. So definitely check in online if you don't want to wait. The place was clean and everyone was very polite and efficient.
Great clips is a good franchise business.
I usually visit this location because I live closeby and there are ample parking spaces. Great clips usually has monthly and/or weekly promotions. A really neat feature is their app that allows you to check-in and check wait times prior to visiting. Overall it is a very clean shop. I applaud the staff for always keeping it clean and comfortable. Pricing is affordable compared to other places around the city.

It is as always, clean, and almost accurate in their appointment if you register online.
Staff are very good, and very kind and welcoming, even most of times they are changing so I cannot rely on one person. But if there is one person I will suspect every time, I may feel more comfortable.
The issue is, there is an offer on mobile and E.Mail, but when I arrive at the salon, they ask for the code, and they are right, but unfortunately, no code.
So, I think there are some errors, or the offers are not applicable for all branches.
