Worst customer service ever… they close at 5. I reached there at 4:22 pm… I checked in online and I was the first one in the waiting queue. However one of the hair stylist there told me very rudely to come in tomorrow as they close at 5 pm and needed 30 mins to clean the shop.. How ridiculous is this!!!!You should put up a sign board saying that you close at 4:30.. worst possible customer service ever… I would have given them a zero star rating.. I would never ever go to a place where they are so rude to their customers

I have used this place a few times, to see if I might find one hairdresser that might be decent. No more!! They don't know how to do a simple short hair cut, even when you show them a picture.

Today I went to Great Clips because it is the only one that opens late. Codie cut my hair today and she removed by sideburns completely without asking me and she did not even apologize. The idea of a franchise having a different stylist evey time with unexpected actions is horrible.
