I took my boys for much needed haircuts and the lady gave them excellent cuts. She was very friendly and put my fussy 4 year old at ease almost immediately. Will be returning to this business for sure.
The staff is super caring. They make sure that the work done is up to the mark and if you are still not satisfied then you can go there within a few days to get the haircut fixed (without any additional cost). That's great customer service.
Great Climate Chappell location is amazing and they have great service. Especially Yolanda takes care of her clients as customer satisfaction is her number one priority. My kids haircut was done by her and done very well.Service: Kids' cuts
