Caution, Edmontonians!!! Especially this unprofessional, arrogant individual, Sunny from Golden Arrow Pest Control. I paid the full invoice amount of $341 for inspection, setup, and pest treatment services. Immediately after their treatment, we discovered a pest issue and called him about this. He mentioned he is monitoring the situation through these glue sticks he had installed. But for a whole month, no one called, and no one came to check. Now one of our customer even left a review stating they found a pest on their table. I called this guy, Sunny, asking why no one followed up. I had a hard to get to wasp nest and couldn't get any externinator to show up or, in most cases, answer my inquiry. I had to leave for two appointments in the morning but Sunny, the technician, was able to see the problem and kill the nest in one application. The office was just as efficient and courteous in taking care of my problem. I will use them again.

Golden Arrow do great work... and from what we have experienced, the people are great too... fantastic to deal with, every step of the way... very helpful through life's stressful situations. That kind of expertise and kindness means a lot!
