Quoted 2-3 hours for 2 people, ended up being 2.5hrs for 3 people - which added $150 to the initial estimate. For a 550 sqft condo...
Cleaning was fine, would not use them again though.
While I am not a client, I tried to be. And I found the service to be kind of dismissive; I asked for one thing regarding the maids that would come to my house, and instead of trying to find a solution or even a middle ground -I can work with that!- all they said was no. No other comment.
I was dissappointed because the price is right and I had heard good things, but that email response wasn’t even trying to accommodate or help in any way.
We had Fussy Cleaning come to our home for the last five years. This is a very reliable and trust-worthy cleaning service, and I never had any issues that were not resolved quickly and professionally. Leaving a note for the cleaners proved to be very well received, and often required them to work around certain spaces under renovation or when one person was working at home. Also, very good at coming when they said they would and always being courteous and understanding or our unique situation, with two children with special needs, and two cats with special needs as well.
