Fussy Cleaning Services

My own experiences with Fussy have been positive from the first cleaning. They clean everything exactly as requested every time & I now have them on a regular basis.
I expect spotless, which is what I was promised & they deliver on that every time. If there is an issue, they simply make it right & take constructive criticism well if I have a concern.
I've had them clean, take out garbage & recycling & even organize & sort after a move. I find the girls to be courteous, polite & on time. They even call ahead of time which was a request of mine as communication is everything to me.
I'm very happy with Fussy & will continue to use their services.

Not very happy with the results and communication.

Engaged the cleaning service for a little over a year and the work was adequate. There were a couple instances where a few things were lacking (some toddler spills remained after mopping, bits and bobs were left behind after vacuuming, etc.) which ultimately led to discontinuing the service. A part of my experience which turned us off was that no goodwill gestures were offered when the subpar items were elevated to the company. Again, adequate service and the rating is based on my experience.
