Quoted 2-3 hours for 2 people, ended up being 2.5hrs for 3 people - which added $150 to the initial estimate. For a 550 sqft condo...

Cleaning was fine, would not use them again though.

While I am not a client, I tried to be. And I found the service to be kind of dismissive; I asked for one thing regarding the maids that would come to my house, and instead of trying to find a solution or even a middle ground -I can work with that!- all they said was no. No other comment.
I was dissappointed because the price is right and I had heard good things, but that email response wasn’t even trying to accommodate or help in any way.

Do not hire this cleaning company!! I have a 1000 sq foot condo that took 2 people 3 hours to clean. My condo was just dusty as I was unable to clean for 2 weeks because of surgery. I am a very clean person and keep my condo that way. When I called to hire the cleaning service I told Michele the owner it would probably with two people only take max one and half hours. She said she would book for 3 hours. I didn't realize at the time until they were here that they watch the clock to make sure they are not done until the 3 hours are up.
