They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, whether it's quickly replacing a destroyed tire or saving a car from potential damage after a botched oil change. The staff is courteous and efficient, offering extra conveniences like Uber rides and indoor parking. The shop is clean and comfortable, with friendly and accommodating staff who prioritize customer needs. They are flexible with scheduling and make sure customers are mobile when service is completed, even if only temporarily until a permanent fix is made. With their excellent work and clear communication, Fountain Tire has earned a reputation for trustworthy and top-notch service.
Just had new winter tires put on and was completely happy with service and price. Will be back for any future tires/repairs.
I have been employed at this Fountain Tire location for almost 5 months but have worked for the company for over 10 years. As an employee I cannot describe how impressed I am with how the Fountain Tire corporation and more specifically my personal store management has stepped up when it comes to this most recent crisis we are all experiencing. Prior to Covid-19, safety was always one of their top priorities for staff and customers. Now they have taken it to the next level to ensure everyone stays safe and healthy but at the same time keeping their staff working as we are an essential service. The protocols and measures that have been implemented meet and/or exceed what has been mandated by the province of Alberta. I am proud to be associated with and working for such an amazing employer and company. Shane
