    It has been a long time since I stepped foot back into the world of fitness due to family circumstances and all I can say is it was so refreshing not to be pushed into something I didn’t want. I also felt like was being heard when I shared my story and what my hope was. I love it at fit body. From day 1 I have felt safe and actually look forward to my sessions. The team is excellent and so willing to meet me where I’m at on my back to fitness journey. Not only have they welcomed me but they have also welcomed my kiddo who comes to the gym regularly with me. Thank you for being the joy back into fitness for me and for helping me begin to find my own path once again.

    This place is absolutely amazing from the full body workout that kicked your butt in 30 mins to the wonderful staff. Hands down 10/10 if you haven’t tried Bootcamp before do it here!! You won’t find better people anywhere.
